Terms of Use

Effective date

These Terms of Use are effective as of May 13, 2026.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Tossio. By using Tossio, you represent that you meet this requirement.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tossio on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions

• Tossio offers a free tier and an auto-renewing subscription (“Tossio Pro”).
• Pricing and subscription duration are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

Photo deletions

Tossio uses Apple's standard deletion APIs. When you confirm a deletion, items are moved to your iPhone's Recently Deleted album where they remain recoverable for 30 days. We are not responsible for items you delete and subsequently lose by also clearing Recently Deleted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app;
• use Tossio to violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
• attempt to extract photos belonging to another person without their consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

Tossio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tossio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data or photos.

Termination

You can stop using Tossio at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at tossio.app/terms. Continued use of Tossio after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
