Most issues with Tossio are resolved by toggling photo access or restoring your subscription. If you're still stuck, email us at kjor29@gmail.com.
Photo access
Tossio needs Photos access to read your camera roll. If you're stuck on the “Allow access” screen:
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Tossio and select Full Access (or Limited Access if you want to choose specific photos).
Restoring a subscription
If you previously purchased Tossio Pro and don't see it active: open Tossio, go to Profile → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Tossio. Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. From there you can cancel auto-renewal or change your plan.
Recovering deleted photos
When you confirm a deletion, items move to your iPhone's Recently Deleted album in the Photos app. You can recover them within 30 days from there.

Read the full Privacy Policy. The short version: your photos never leave your iPhone, and we don't require an account.
